| A groundskeeper at the Maroondah Dam burns some tree clippings. Maroondah Dam was completed in 1972 and it is known for its European style gardens with rhododendrons and eucalyptus trees. The eucalyptus tree is one of Australia's native trees. It is know as the ‘gum tree’ and there are some 500 varieties. | |||
