| Australia has received millions of immigrants looking for a home. About 42 % of Australia's 18 million citizens is born overseas. In 1973 Australia gave up it's “White Australia Policy”. No longer only inhabitants from Britain and other European countries were welcome but also people from Asia. Here a conductor to the Puffin Billy train in Melbourne waits for the morning train to arrive at the station for a tour. Melbourne is well known for it's Italian and Chinese communities. | ||
