| Mrs. de la Cruz at home. She lives in Villa Mella (Dominican Republic) and has worked in the sugar cane fields whole her life. Her grandson, Luis, is a recruit at the Cardinals' academy. About 29 of the MLB teams have academies in the Dominican Republic and Venezuela where they recruit and foster talent. | ||||
